Staffing Coordinator

CBC Quality Home Staffing is seeking a personable and energetic person to join their team of dedicated Staffing Coordinators. Ideal candidates are detail oriented, able to multi task and work well in a fast paced environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the administrative support for the branch offices of QHS. It also serves as the core of day-to-day functioning of the office, including scheduling staff assignments, and maintaining personnel tracking information.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assist applicants with the employment application and on-boarding process including running required background and health screenings.
2. Organize and maintain personnel records
3. Recruit for current staffing needs and PRN positions
4. Determine that staff member has been oriented to assigned duty and contacted of any changes in scheduling.
5. Review timesheets.
6. Conduct quality control call/visits to ensure that clients are satisfied with service.
7. Secure and log approval dates of new referrals
8. Prepare monthly census report
9. Filing as needed
10. Any other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Two-year business or general office degree.
2. Equivalent office or management experience.
3. Must have basic computer skills.
4. Must be able to prioritize tasks.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to maintain effectiveness during change.
