Residential Program Manager
Program Administrator
Day-to-day operations of residential /day support program(s).
- Provide supervision of all employees and/or contractors.
- Conduct assessments and individual support plans
- Ensures proper admissions and discharge of Individuals
- Direct internal and external program evaluations
- Ensure adherence to Medicaid and DOL regulations and standards
- Monitor staff work schedules and ensure appropriate staffing
- Ensure licensure standards are met and maintained
- Ensure that current, accurate, and appropriate individual records and other relevant documentation involving individuals are maintained
- Complete individual's quarterly, semi-annual, and annual ISP reviews
- Ensure orientation is provided to all new individuals
- Ensure orientation and training is provided for all new staff, and continued staff training is provided
- Conduct staff evaluations and competencies
- Ensures all policies and procedures are implemented
- Ensure Standards of Conduct are maintained
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in human services field
- 5 years of work experience with individuals who have been diagnosed with DD
- Valid driver's license
- Good Criminal Record
- Medication Administration Certification
- CPR/First Aid
- QDDP Certified
