PROJECT MANAGER

CBC is looking for an energetic, results-oriented Project Manager (PM) who shares our values and drive to provide the best service in our industry. The ideal candidate does their best work in a high growth, fast-paced environment and demonstrates self-motivation to do their part in ensuring the goals of the business are met. The PM is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and efficient operation of assigned projects. For each project, the PM develops a detailed project plan and is responsible for the organization, execution and completion of specific tasks and overall project.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
- Delegates tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Identifies and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Assists in the definition of project scope and goals
- Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
- Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain cohesive
- Facilitates work groups associated with the assigned project and ensures that work group feedback is communicated to the entire project team.
- Communicates with Leadership Team to keep the project aligned with goals and update on critical needs
- Performs quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Ensures that training materials are designed in a manner that is detailed and easily understood and may incorporate various methods, including written, video and live training sessions.
- Adjusts schedules and targets on the project as needed
- Monitors and motivates people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
- Manages project-specific reports
- Develops training materials that support the successful integration of the project

- Report Management; Proficiency with spreadsheets, Excel, Google Sheets
- Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to utilize various IT mediums to address project needs, such as training support
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree; Preferably in a healthcare-related field
- 5 years experience managing projects and/or developing new programs/services
- Minimum of 3 years experience with a healthcare/IDD electronic health record
