Home Care Nurse Supervisor

This position will serve as the supervisor for the local office providing in-home aide services for such programs as Medicaid PCS, VA, Paces, etc.

Duties include completing a nursing assessment of all home care clients

Review and determine that care is provided according to the plan of care.

Oversee the initial and ongoing assessment of home care clients.

Conduct supervisory visits to clients in Guildford County and surrounding counties.

Ensure aides are competent to provide care to the client assigned.

Initiate, review, and revise the plan of care.

Supervise the in-home aides, conduct employee evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.

Hours are typically 8:30 - 5:00 M-F May require an occasional after hours or weekend visit based on the needs of the client.

Qualifications: Must have an RN license in NC. Prefer one year experience in homecare but not required.
