We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable Direct Support Professionals/ Facility Technicians & Transportation Drivers to work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. (I/DD). If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!

Responsibilities:

• Teaching skills to promote independence
• Supporting community inclusion and integration
• Assisting with daily living needs
• Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships
• Provide guidance and support in daily activities

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• You might be driving to client's home or with client, so a reliable form of transportation

Role and Responsibilities

• daily review of facilities in specified region for cleanliness and organization

• Daily review of chore checklists to ensure completed by students and staff

• organizing and deep cleaning of facilities per schedule

• reporting any damage to appropriate person

• Discarding any broken items and reporting to program director

• able to complete tasks

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Able to follow a schedule

• able to complete specific cleaning tasks

Preferred Skills/Knowledge Requirements

• ability to organize

• attention to details

• able to be around cleaning supplies and products

• Ability to lift items related to cleaning and organize a facility
