Clinical Regional Director

CBC SunCoast is looking for a dynamic and self motivated Regional Director to join our team with a critical mission.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Regional Director oversees and monitors the quality of services, including supervision of program leadership and Clinical Supervisors; development to ensure program growth; monitoring of compliance with internal policy and external regulations; ; and ensuring customer satisfaction for external and internal stakeholders, including persons served; family members; staff; and referral sources. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in human services with four years of full-time, post-graduate experience with the population served; or Bachelor's Degree in non-human service field with six  years of full-time, post-graduate experience with the population served; or Master's Degree in human services field with three  years of full-time, post-graduate experience with the population served
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with standard office productivity software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Work environment is a typical office-based environment, however, field work and travel to recipient homes is to be expected on a regular basis. 
• After hours or weekend work as assigned
