Clinical Director
Summary
The position of Clinical Director (CD) provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to all administrative staff providing support to all stakeholders including consumers, families and staff of Lindley Habilitation Services in the regional office(s) they are assigned.
Essentials Functions

Regional Administrative Responsibilities
-
Ensure Consumer Rights are upheld by the agency and all representatives.

Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
-
Addressing direct care staff / family/ administrative concerns
-
Manage new referrals and oversee goal to start in 30 days from intake
-
Attend Quarterly and PRN Day Program Meetings.
-
Attend all Leadership meetings
-
Attend Provider Fourms for the MCO of the assigned office(s)

Attend Operation Meetings and oversee plans for growth and metric goals
-
Manage office budget for supplies submit purchase requests for the office
-
Complete Credit Card Coding for purchases by the assigned deadline
-
Assist with development and training of new Clinical staff.

Oversee monitoring reviews and audits conducted by the MCO.

Conduct DHSR site visits and all necessary follow up
-
Conduct HCPR investigations as needed
-
Conduct oversight of investigations and disciplinary action

Case Management Review and Follow up
-

Supervision of Clinical Staff assigned to the Regional Office
-
Addressing QP concerns regarding staff, families, admin staff, policies, procedures daily.

Supervision Meetings/Discussion with Clinical Supervisors
-
Lead collective CS meeting.
-
Reviewing supervision log and follow up to ensure all Direct Care Staff are supervised according to agency supervision contract.

Reviewing staff evaluations (due 15th ) and signing by end of the month.

Reviewing individuals calendars to ensure they are complete.
-
Overseeing completion of documentation for new plans and revisions.

Completing annual evaluations of all direct reports.

Reviewing and approving timesheets
-
Reviewing CS supervisory hours, updating QP/Consumer list as needed.

Contacts non responsive stakeholders.

Ensures all clinical member responsibilities are met while they are on vacation, out of the office as needed.

Additional Responsibilities
-
Provides recommendations for continuation of services regarding behavioral needs presents to CEO
-
Attend and present material at Monthly Collective Clinical Meeting
-
Hold cases on an as needed basis per regions size and needs
-
Contact vendors of services as necessary for facility needs (ie. landlord, janitorial needs, etc.)

Follow all LHS policies and procedures

Education: 4 year degree from Accredited College or University
Training Requirements: Innovations I/DD Waiver Training, DHSR and Licensure Training requirements, Required Agency Trainings: NCI Prevention, Adult/Child CPR, OSHA, Driving Safety, Kitchen Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration and Orientation
Knowledge requirements: Ability to draft, train, review, and maintain departmental policy and procedural needs. Clinical Supervisor and Day Program experience preferred. Possesses Good interpersonal skills working with families and staff and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Must meet the minimum requirements of a Qualified Professional:

A bachelor's degree in a human services field (i.e. Psychology, Rec. Therapy, Child Development, Education) and 2 years of full time, supervised experience in the field POST GRADUATE
or
-
A bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and 4 years of full time, supervised experience in the field POST GRADUATE.
