Position Summary

Is responsible for the direction and administration of the programs and services provided by the company in region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directs and coordinates major activities of the Managers
• Holds ultimate responsibility for the supervision, hiring, and termination of employees in the assigned region.
• Assures all hired employees meets criteria for the position they are to hold, including education, privileging and supervision.
• Responsible for monitoring overall performance of Managers. This includes performance evaluations, goal setting, and reviewing recommendations from managers regarding employee performance on their teams
• Assures all employees receive all mandated training.

• Ensures the delivery of quality services to the individuals in their Region
• Assures that programs and services are delivering care to individuals as ordered and requested by healthcare providers.

• Ensures compliance with statutory, certification and licensure regulations/standards.
• Complies with all Corporate policies and procedures, HIPAA guidelines, DHHS rules, and Medicaid state and federal guidelines.
• Responsible for the development and oversight of their programs and services to meet budget goals.
• Maintains effective relationships with community partners
• Accountable for the maintenance and condition of their programs.
• Ensures strategic and organizational policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

• Able to handle detailed, complex concepts and programs to make rapid decisions regarding administrative issues
• Plans and meets deadlines
• Demonstrates commitment to continued professional growth and development

Requirements

• Must meet the education and experience requirements for
• A least 3 years management experience
