ADT director
CBC SunCoast is looking for a self motivated, detailed oriented and dynamic ADT Director join their team with a critical mission.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure Consumer Rights are upheld by the agency and all representatives.
- Direct line of communication for consumer/families, staff and Care Coordinators,
- Review Person Center Plans and revisions for all consumers in the Day Program for agency
- Create/implement documents to support consumers by the use of schedules, cards, etc.
- Review data/documentation and goals met for all consumers in the Day Program.
- Scheduling staff and completing monthly consumer calendars per current service authorizations. Update calendars with all staffing updates.
- Complete and/or review incident reports as needed
- Provide onsite supervision for all direct care staff working on your cases per the current supervision contract
- Plan and schedule all community activities on a monthly bases by gathering input from the consumers.
- Conduct weekly meeting with coordinator team
- Receive, review and approve weekly schedule
- Weekly monitoring time on the floor each day
- Conduct morning meeting with staff and consumer
- Review daily note report and contact staff that have notes not done from previous day
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education: 4 year degree from Accredited College or University
Preferred Skills/Knowledge Requirements
Knowledge Requirements:
- Have a working knowledge of iWavier and developmental disabilities.
- Current Day Supports Service Definitions under the iWavier
- Documentation requirements per the iWaiverl.
- Ability to draft, train, reviews, and maintains Departmental Policy and Procedural needs.
Experience: Must meet the minimum requirements of a Qualified Professional:
- A bachelor's degree in a human services field (i.e. Psychology, Rec. Therapy, Child Development, Education) and 2 years of full time, supervised experience in the field POST GRADUATE
OR
- A bachelor's degree in a field other than human services and 4 years of full time, supervised experience in the field POST GRADUATE.

Training requirements:
- Required Agency Trainings: NCI Prevention, Adult/Child CPR, OSHA, Driving Safety, Kitchen Safety, First Aid, Medication Administration and Orientation
- CAP MR/DD Waiver Training
- Additional trainings as specified by Day Program Administrator
