Position: Program Manager

Pinellas Park Adult Day Training

General Role and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate oversight of all Adult Day Training (ADT) operations regarding licensure requirements, medications, documentation, meals/snacks, supplies, facility and vehicle, maintenance, transportation, services, consumers, Direct Care Instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the ADT's staffing requirements including hiring, training, disciplinary actions, appraisals and scheduling.
  • Facilitate monthly financial objectives and maximize use of the company's resources,
  • Upon hire and thereafter, maintain confidentiality of any information or documentation regarding all consumers, staff and company affairs unless express written consent is provided.
  • Model and reinforce compliance with all company protocols, both written and verbalized.
  • Properly complete and provide quality assurance oversight of all documentation requirements
  • Perform and provide oversight of all job functions of the Direct Care Instructors and Adult Day Training Team Leaders.
  • Develop new employees, particularly Direct Care Instructors.
  • Use effective problem-solving skills to deal with situations that may arise with clients, staff and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership skills and good customer service on an ongoing basis.

Position requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent & Bachelors Degree in Human Services
  • 2+ years of professional or personal experience with individuals with special needs
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
